The boys' hostels at Gautam Buddha University are managed by a team of experienced wardens and non-resident wardens. The list of boys' hostels includes Sant Ravi Das Boys Hostel, Guru Ghasi Das Boys Hostel, Shri Narayan Guru Boys Hostel, Birsa Munda Boys Hostel, Sant Kabir Das Boys Hostel, Malik Mohd. Jaysi Boys Hostel, Tulsidas Boys Hostel, Raheem Boys Hostel, Ram Sharan Das Boys Hostel, Munshi Prem Chand Boys Hostel and Maharshi Valmiki Boys Hostel. Each of these hostels offer various types of accommodation, catering to the preferences of the student. These facilities are equipped with necessary furnishings such as beds, tables, chairs, and wardrobes to ensure a comfortable stay.

Female students are equally catered to with the university providing dedicated hostels for them as well. The list of girls’ hostels includes Ismat Chughtai Girls Hostel, Rani Laxmi Bai Girls Hostel, Savitri Bai Phule Girls Hostel, Mahadevi Verma Girls Hostel, Mahamaya Girls Hostel, and Rama Bai Ambedkar Girls Hostel. These hostels, managed with the same level of care and attention, mainly offer single sharing and limited double sharing room options. The female students' hostels offer a similar range of amenities including beds, tables, chairs, and wardrobes, making them well-equipped for the needs of the residents.

One of the vital aspects of the hostel experience is the provision of food. Gautam Buddha University ensures that students residing in the hostels receive balanced and nutritious meals. All the Hostels have round the clock Staff & Security. Wardens of respective hostels stay in the warden house and non-resident wardens also stay in university campus which enables the students to get their hostels & mess issues resolved.

Gautam Buddha University's hostels extend beyond mere accommodation; they play a significant role in the holistic development of students. All hostels include a T.T. Room, T.V. Room, Reading Room and First Aid Room along with indoor sports facilities like basketball court, badminton court & volleyball court. 24×7 Ambulance service is provided to all students of university for catering their healthcare needs which also includes a dispensary having doctors, nurses and physiotherapists.
